At FintekFlow, we strive to ensure satisfaction with our ATR compliance service.

Eligibility for Refunds

We offer a full refund within 7 days of purchase if:

✓A technical error prevented the generation of your ATR Certificate.
✓The certificate contains verifiable data errors caused by our system (not by Plaid or third-party data).

Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds are not granted if the applicant is rejected by an Operator based on the accurate financial data returned by the ATR Certificate. The certification output reflects real banking data and is not adjustable.

How to Request a Refund

Email support@fintekflow.com with your Order ID. We process refunds within 5–10 business days.
