Eligibility for Refunds

We offer a full refund within 7 days of purchase if:

• A technical error prevented the generation of your report.
• The report contains verifiable data errors caused by our system.

Non-refundable Cases

Refunds are not granted if the tenant is rejected by a landlord due to the content of the accurate financial report.
